Product information

Product descriptions, pack sizes, prices, images and availability may change. Information is provided for general shopping and wellness education and must not be treated as medical diagnosis or treatment advice. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before using supplements, especially when taking medicine, managing a condition, preparing for surgery, pregnant or breastfeeding.

Orders and payment

Adding a product to the cart or submitting an enquiry does not create a final sale. Stock, destination eligibility, delivery charge, discounts and the final ZAR amount are confirmed before payment. Use only payment instructions issued through the confirmed ordering process.

Prices and currencies

South African rand is the base currency. Other currency values are estimates for comparison and may differ because of exchange-rate movements or provider fees. Distributor pricing is available only to verified distributor accounts.

Delivery and international orders

Delivery estimates begin after stock, payment and the full address are confirmed. International customers are responsible for checking local import rules and may be charged duties, VAT, brokerage, inspections or clearance fees.

Returns and damaged products

Report an incorrect, damaged or unsuitable delivery promptly with the order reference and product condition. Returns, exchanges and refunds require review and may be limited for opened consumable or hygiene-sensitive goods unless defective or otherwise required by applicable law.

Accounts and store credit

Customers are responsible for protecting account credentials. Green World Store Credit is closed-loop store credit for eligible purchases on this website; it is not cash, cryptocurrency, an investment or an interest-bearing product.
